WHAT ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME IS?
Erasmus+ Programme - Student mobility to realize a part of the studies at the partner university abroad or an internship in a foreign company.
Students can go for a semester or a full year for studying or a minimum of a 2 months for an internship.

WHAT IS AN ERASMUS+ INTERNSHIP?
Erasmus+ provides support for student mobility to realize a part of the studies at the partner university abroad.
Students can go for a semester or a full year for studying. Financial assistance, in the form of an Erasmus+ grant, is available to help cover travel and subsistence costs.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Carrying the status of a student at the IULT and settled school payments
- Completed at least the first year of first-cycle studies (2 semesters)
- Bachelor students can take part in the program by 3rd, 4th or 5th semester
- Master's students can only take part in the program by 2nd semester
- Not being on a Dean’s leave
- Having a high grades average for all previous semesters and demonstrating a good command of a foreign language, required by the university where you want to study
- Demonstrating additional activities and interests in the area of logistics and transport, management or construction.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO APPLY?
The full set of documents includes:
- Application form for studies
- CV in Euro pass Format
- Cover letter in English
- 1 passport / ID photo
- Certificate of the average grade from the Dean's Office
- Copy of the language certificate confirming the knowledge of English at B2 level (optional)
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Documents can be submitted until
Summer semester: November 15 each year
Winter semester: June 15 each year
Number of available places for Studies 2024/2025: 10
Candidates applying for mobility under the Erasmus + Programme must submit a complete set of required documents to the International Cooperation Office (room 212).
INTERNSHIPS IN EUROPE
WHAT IS AN ERASMUS+ INTERNSHIP?
Erasmus+ provides support for international traineeships to students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Programme countries at both Bachelor's and Master's levels.
Your overseas traineeship can range from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months.
Financial assistance, in the form of an Erasmus+ grant, is available to help cover travel and subsistence costs, with additional funding opportunities specifically allocated for traineeships.
